We recommend hand washing our products to keep them looking their best. Since mud and dirt are sometimes unavoidable, we recommend placing the product in a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase when machine washing to protect the materials from scratches. Do not exceed 30 degrees Celsius. Lay the product flat to dry. The use of fabric softener and tumble drying are not recommended.
No product is completely indestructible. Please check your product regularly for signs of wear and tear. It is the owner's responsibility to determine the suitability of this product for your pet.
